Every two years our 15 year olddaughters Mom fought for sole custody from joint. Finally a year and a half ago we gave in upon what we were told the childrens wishes were. Since then she has made every attemp to stop contact between the children and us. This last 8 months our daughter has tried to come live with us multiple times due to emotion abuse, neglect and isolation. She wants us to fight for custody. How do we start and what can we do at present to keep Mom from making her go back. There is not physical abuse but plenty of emotional abuse.
