Don't give a dime to your sister. Keep copies, FOREVER. Your sister will have to show burden of proof that you haven't paid her. This means she will have to pay a lawyer. You can counter sue her with the cost of attorney's fees. Once the court finds out the child hasn't lived more than 6 months and your sister doesn't provide the care for the child, she won't have a leg to stand on. Call an attorney. Some offer the first appointment for free. Ask if there is a Child Support Recovery office in your state. Ask how you or your mother can retain a lawyer %26quot;pro bono%26quot; or free. In fact, if you talk to attorney's she would use, they won't represent her due to conflict of interest. Pick the best ones in town, so she can't use them later. It could get sticky. The court may require a guardian ad litem to represent your daughter.

Why are you having to pay C.S. if you are living with your child? How can i get child support changed into my moms name insted of my sisters?you need to be calling social security or your case worker. How can i get child support changed into my moms name insted of my sisters?I am so confused. You are pregnant, kicked out by sister, need the child support money changed. Child support for who? Please explain better. How can i get child support changed into my moms name insted of my sisters?Im pretty sure that if you are pregnant....then that would over ride the child support as you are now a adult and have to take care of yourself AND your new baby.

Why should your mother recieve child support for you when you are having a baby of your own? You need to take repsonsibilty for yourself now.
