How do I get custody of my son as a father in Texas?

My wife and I were married for a little over a year. My son is 7 months old. My wife is irresponcible, careless, she drinks, she smoked weed while she was breast feeding, and she won't let me see my son outside of what the court ordered. I've taped her saying she drinks while watching our son by herself, and I've got her on tape admitting to smoking weed while she was breast feeding. I don't have alot of money to fight a custody battle though. I just want what's best for my son, and I know it's not his mother. Oh and by the way, she ran away with our son, she'd been cheating on me, the only reason I was able to find out where she took our son was because she called me begging for money and I told her I'd mail her a check, then I filed for divorce to get visitation. The divorce isn't final yet. We had reached an agreement in mediation, but now her lawyer wants to change the agreement and we don't have temporary orders yet.
