What ever happened to "Innocent till proven guilty"?

Whatever happened to innocent till proven guilty? Look how far we have fallen as a country when all it takes is an accusation to damn someone and ruin their life. How do we know that women accusing men of abuse/molestation are not just trying to get more money out of their ex or just trying to change custody arrangements? Outside of a court, none of us have to presume someone is not guilty.What ever happened to %26quot;Innocent till proven guilty%26quot;?Family Court is based on the Preponderance of Evidence and there is no jury just a judge.What ever happened to %26quot;Innocent till proven guilty%26quot;?It's time to really try to move on and enjoy what your life is in the now. Past assertions can't be reconciled unless the legality can be cleared at the time the accusation took place. In court those issues happen too frequently and your problem should have been cleared earlier. Women get the upper hand in these cases unless more proof to deny her claims is given.
