she is only hurting the child and when the judge see's that she is not following the court order that he gave then she just might lose her battle and your husband just might win his...i do know that a judge don't play when it comes to playing tit for tat with a child involved...i've already been told that...my husband has done a lot of hurtful things but that is still my kids daddy and if i kept them from him it would only hurt them and they have been through enough...but she's only hurting herself in the long run...because when the judge tell's her since she can't obey by the court order that he gave and gives your husband custody i bet she will stop and think then...want she...but my advice to u is for him to get a lawyer...and another thing, if he has to call to try and get her to let him pick his child up and she want let him he needs to keep record of that..each and every time that he speaks to her he needs to write it in a notebook...and keep notes of the dates and times that he has to call and get is child...even if he does get her he still needs to write it down in the notebook...i have to do that everytime i call or talk to my soon to be ex and his mother.she is the one who picks our kids up....it will help him out in the long run i promise...How to win custody from a mother who keeps violating court orders?My Daughter is going through the same thing with her EX only He has the child and refuses to let the child see her Mom .
