As far as how long well I lost my son and 4 days later I had him back. If you willing gave up custody you may never get it back. If you had a problem which forced you give up custady then all you have to do is prove that you no longer have that problem which is what I did in just 4 days. Only because my son is truely the most important thing in my life which I proved in court 27 times and he has been with me full time now for the last 8 years.
