My friend is supposed to be moving about an hour away from where he currently lives and hes not happy about it. Hes tried to talk to his mom about it quite a few different times. He hasnt lived with his mom since he was about seven but now all of a sudden she wants to play mom and hes not up for it. He wants to get a lawyer and try to have his dad get custody back so he can live with his grandparents. He says his whole life is in here and he only has three more years left of school anyways. How hard would it be for his dad to get custody again?
None of us really know how the court systems work and thats why I'm asking... thanks.How hard is it for a 15 year old to change custody from one parent to the other?Who has had custody of the boys since he was seven? How did they loose custody?
Anything is possible, the courts do allow children that are 14 %26amp; over to have a say depending on the situation and the envirement he will be living in....
It wouldn't hurt to try!
