We need answers about child support?

I'm not trying to get in the middle of it all. But my husband was paying $236 per month in child support for his daughter. That was back when she was 3. She is now 6 years old and they modified it and he just now got in the mail the %26quot;New%26quot; modification of support and it is $369 per month. Making it go up over $100! He is afraid to go to FOC to try and change custody because they are always for the woman. The mother has gotten custody taken from him from 2 weeks on 2 weeks off to every weekend that he gets her. Well as of late summer has gotten here and she pushes her off on us every chance she gets. Like the 11th of june through the 18th of june we got her, it being a week straight! And we are going to be getting her again tomorrow the 29th of june until whenever we take her back which will probably be a week to give her mom a break. But problem being is the FOC does not know that she is giving her to us for weeks straight in the summer time when she is not in school. How exactly do we go about taking this to the FOC to modify custody to get her lets say 6 months on 6 months off every other weekend? Us being that we get her in the summer months because she gives her to us anyways? Also it states too that six consecutive over nights at the payers home the child support will abate 50%. How do we prove that so far this summer we have taken her 2-3 times for a week straight? Any information would be great. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and hope I get some answers that I can use.We need answers about child support? No, they aren't always for the woman. The point is to be in the best interest of the child. A 3 year old may not need as much care as a 6 year old. There is school to pay for, medical, etc.

You need to get an attorney, tell them what's going on, provide evidence about the mother leaving the child with you often and go to court. The attorney will also advise you in gathering evidence. A social worker would be helpful too.
